* All Vendors May Sell Soda or Water but at the Same Price Set by the Producer

ATTENTION - EXCLUSIVE VENDOR FEES:  VENDORS MUST COMMIT TO ALL THE DAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO BE ON-SITE FORFEITS YOUR SPACE.  NO REFUNDS.

I understand Forza Entertainment is not responsible for electricity and I will bring my own as needed.

If you would like to add Electricity please let us know and the cost will be $50 on top.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Vendors agrees to keep a clean and professional space

  
  

• Vendor is responsible for trash removal

  
  

• Vendor must be respectful at all times

  
  

• Forza Entertainment has the right to refuse vendor applications and/or dismiss vendors for disregarding rules & regulations and will not provide a refund

  
  

• Forza Entertainment is NOT Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items

  
  

I UNDERSTAND

I have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them.  I understand the balance of the fee is due no later than Oct. 1.  I understand Forza Entertainment has the right to dismiss my person and my business from the premises should I or anyone associated with my business not follow the rules and regulations. I understand there are NO refunds.
